We would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today i.e.09th of August, 2018 have approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30th of June, 2018 and taken on record, the Limited Audit Review Report on the Results. In terms of Regulation, 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are herewith forwarding the Statement of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Audit Review Report for the said period. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.00 P.M and concluded at 3.00 P.M
