Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to take up for consideration, the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 and to publish the same, within the stipulated period of 60 days from the end of the last quarter of the financial year i.e. within May 30, 2011. Hence, the Company will not take up for consideration and publish the quarterly un-audited results of the Company for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2011 and instead shall publish the audited financial results within the aforesaid stipulated period of sixty days from the end of the quarter / financial year.
