NGL Fine Chem Ltd has informed BSE that instead of approving Unaudited Financial results for the Fourth quarter ended March 31, 2011, Company will approve audited results for the year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 Days from March 31, 2011 i.e. before May 30, 2011.
