Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be declaring audited results on or before May 30, 2011 for the financial year 2010-11 and accordingly the un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the fourth quarter ended March, 2011 will not be declared, separately.
