Oriental Trimex Ltd has informed BSE that the Company opts to publish audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 clays from the financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2011 and accordingly the annual audited results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 shall be submitted on or before May 30, 2011. Accordingly, the Company will not publish unaudited (provisional) quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
