Edward Food Research and Analysis Centre Ltd has informed BSE that the Company opts submit to the stock exchange its annual audited results within sixty days from the end of the Financial Year 2017-18 and hence it shall not be submitting unaudited half yearly financial results for the half year ended March 31, 2018.
