Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held from July 22 to July 24, 2012. However, the accounts would be finally approved by the Board of Directors only on July 24, 2012 (morning). The Board of Directors will consider and approve, inter alia the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2012 (Q1).
