To take on record the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 and the Limited Review Report thereon (Q2); 2. To take on record the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2); 3. To consider declaration of First Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15.
