Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and designated personnel from November 03, 2014 till November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
