UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 18, 2014, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2014 and will remain closed uptil 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the public.
