Mcleod Russel India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, in connection with the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on October 21, 2014 where the Unaudited Accounts of the Company for the Quarter / half-year ended September 30, 2014 will be placed before the Board for consideration and approval, the ‘Trading Window’ as defined in the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed on and from October 14, 2014 and shall reopen after the expiry of 24 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial results.
