IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve: - Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Board Members and designated employees from October 13, 2014 to October 22, 2014 (both days inclusive).
