Bajaj Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3). Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from January 01, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Directors/Designated persons of the Company.
