Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Companys Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3). In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, the Trading Window has been closed from January 10, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).
