Quest Financial Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [hereinafter SEBI(LODR)], this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at its Registered Office at Centre Point, 21, Hemanta Basu Sarani, 2nd Floor, Room No. 230, Kolkata-700 001 on Tuesday, the 28th day of May, 2019 at 5.00 p.m. inter-alia amongst others 1. to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company and 2. to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019. 3. Appointment of Mr. Tarun Laha (DIN-07477757) Director of the Company as Managing Director and fixation his remuneration.
