Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we enclose herewith a Statement of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for quarter ended December 31, 2018 along with limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. The above financial result were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 14, 2019. The Board meeting commence at 3:00 P.M. and concluded on 3:30 P.M.
