RCI Industries & Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Rgulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give you notice that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th day of August, 2019 at 02:00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company at B-97, All Heavens Building, Wazirpur Ring Road, New Delhi - 110052, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from July 03, 2019 and shall re-open on August 19, 2019.
