In reference to your email dated 10th July, 2017, we are enclosing Revised Audited Financial Results of the Company along with Audit Report for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2017, as per Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013. We hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have expressed their Unmodified Opinions in respect of Audited Financial Statement for the year ended on 31st March, 2017. The copy of disclosure is enclosed. We would like to submit further that it was inadvertently omitted to be filed in the specified format and express our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, if any. We request you to kindly take this submission on record and treat it compliance under the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.
