In continuation of our earlier letter dated May 13, 2019, on the above cited subject and in pursuance of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we are submitting herewith Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company along with Auditors Report thereon, with unmodified opinion, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019. The Annual Audited Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved & taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in its respective Meetings held on May 24, 2019. Further, the disclosure of related party transactions on a consolidated basis in terms of Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is also enclosed herewith. Further, the Certificate from Debenture Trustee(s), required to be furnished under Regulation 52(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 will be submitted to Stock Exchanges on receipt of the same from the Debenture Trustee(s).
