In continuation to your email dated June 23, 2018, we enclosed herewith a copy of our audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2018 in respect of Discrepancies in Financial Result for the Year ended 2018 for not submitting Reconciliation Table. Please note that there is no change in the results other than format declared earlier in Board Meeting held on May 29, 2018. Kindly take the above information on record and acknowledge receipt of the same.
