This is with reference of email received from BSE Listing Center dated 18/01/2017 with respect to the Discrepancies in Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2017. According to the Discrepancies the Financial Results is not as per Ind_As of Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. Please find Enclosed herewith Rectified the Financial Results for Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 as per Ind_As of Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 for your perusal and records. Further the same Financial Results shall be placed before the Board of Directors of the Company in upcoming Board Meeting for the taking note.
