Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018 reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Limited Review of the same has been carried out by the Statutory Auditors of the company. A Copy of the Un-Audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report on the Un-Audited Financial Results is enclosed as per Regulations 33 & 30(4) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. Took note of the appointment of Sri Y. Gopala Krishna, Independent Director with effect from 14th February, 2019. 3. Took note of the resignation tendered by Sri D. Chandrasekhar Babu, Director with effect from 14th February, 2019. 4. Took note of the reappointment of Dr G N Naidu, Chairman and Managing Director for a period of 5 years with effect from February 9, 2019.
