Repco Home Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2019, inter-alia: 1. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 (financial year 2018-19) along with the Audit report. 2. To consider and recommend dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2018-19 Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which had been closed on April 01, 2019, shall continue to remain closed till May 31, 2019, for the Directors, Promoter, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company as per the Company’s Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
