We hereby inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company held today i.e. 29th May, 2018 has considered and approved the following: -Audited Financial Statement for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2018 along with the Statutory Auditors Report and schedules thereon. -Migration from SME segment of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited. -Due to strong recommendation from Independent director, Board of Director have declared a divided @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1.00/- per equity shares for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
