Please find attached the copy of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018 with Auditors Report and Declaration on Un-modified opinion. The results were approved and taken on records by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 30th May, 2018. The Board Meeting commenced at 5.30 pm and concluded at 7.45 pm.
