Audited Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, in annexure- 1, Annexure-IX and Statement of Change in Equity as per Performa provided in Ind AS for the quarter and Year Ended on 31.03.2018 approved by Audit Committee and board in its meeting held on 30.05.2018. 2. The Reconciliation of net profit reported in accordance with Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006 to total comprehensive income in accordance with Ind AS for the Year Ended ended 31.03.2017. 3. Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditor, on the Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended on 31.03.2018 as provided under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, dated 30.05.2018.
