Sub: Discrepancies in Financial Results for the Quarter ended December, 2017. Enclosed pl. find herewith rectified Un-Audited Financial result for Quarter ended 31st December, 2017 as per your requirement IND -AS format. And as per SEBI circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016. As per Circular of SEBI we are cover under Annexure -1 Format for submission of Unaudited/Audited Result by Companies other than Bank. And we do not have any Associates and Minority Interest (Point 14. Share of Profit of Associates and Point no 15 Minority Interest and Point No. 16) And so it is not applicable to us. We submitted rectified Un-Audited Financial result for Quarter ended 31st December, 2017 after changing in Notes Point no 6 and 7.
