In continuation to our letter dated 28th November, 2017 regarding Postal Ballot Notice submitted under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the following:- 1. Voting results as required under Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and 2. Report of the Scrutinizer dated 04th January 2018. Based on the Scrutinizers Report, we wish to inform you that the resolution mentioned in the said Postal Ballot Notice has been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority.
