Approved, considered and taken on record the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 along with Auditors Report of the Company. 2. Auditors Report with unmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. 3.The Board of Directors had approved the change in registered address of the company from 8-B National Highway, Survey No ~52, P B No. 63, Hadamtala- 360311 to Plot No, 20, Survey No. 52, Rajkot-Gondal National Highway No. 27, Hadamtala, Tal. Kotda Sangani, Dist. Rajkot - 360 311, Gujarat, India, due to change in name of National Highway by government authority. The copy of the said results together with Audit Report is enclosed herewith.
