The Board of Directors at their Meeting held today, approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended on March 31, 2018, which was commenced at 12.30 PM and concluded at 2.30 PM. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we attach the followings: (i) Statements showing Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2018. (ii) Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results.
