Dear Concern, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today i.e. May 25, 2018, at the corporate office of the Company which approved and took on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. In order to comply with the Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we are enclosing with this letter, Audited Financial Results and Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Audit Report issued by Statutory Auditors. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 03.30 P.M
