The Board considered and approved the following: 1)Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Audited Financial Results for Year ended 31stMarch, 2018. 2)Auditors Report on the Annual Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended march 31st ,2018. 3)Appointment of M/s Ramesh Chandra Mishra & Associates as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2018-2019. 4)Appointment of M/s S.K. Bang & Co., Chartered Accountant as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2018-2019
