Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018 as per Ind-AS; 2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2018 as per Ind-AS; and 3. Auditors Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. A copy of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results, Auditors Report on Financial Results and declaration from Chief Financial Officer, regarding audit report with unmodified opinion, are enclosed.
