The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have inter alia approved and taken on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the statement showing the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Statutory Auditors Report. A copy of the communication being released to the Press in this regard is also attached. We hereby declare that the statutory auditors of the Company M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co, Chartered Accountants LLP have in their report issued an unmodified opinion on the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2018.
