Auditors Report on Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018; 4. Declaration, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, stating that report of Auditor with respect to Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018 is with unmodified opinion. 5. Pursuant to Rule 6(3A) of Companies(Cost Records and Audit)Rules,2014 Board of Directors has appointed M/s Saurabh Parikh & Associates, Cost Accountants, Indore as Cost Auditor of the Company for FY 2017-18. The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced on 4:30 P.M. and concluded on at 8:10 P.M.
