Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the following: a) Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities of the Company as on that date. b) Auditors Report on the Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. c) Declaration regarding Auditors Report with unmodified opinion on the Annual Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2018.
