This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today at 11.00 a.m. has amongst other matters, approved the following: 1. The Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. 2. The Audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018. 3. Recommended dividend of Rs. 0.50 (25%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2017-18. The said dividend is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Dividend, if approved, by the Members of the Company, will be paid on or before 30th September, 2018.
