The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8th May, 2018 has approved the Audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) of the Financial year 2017-18. In view of the above, enclosed herewith please find the following for your record: 1. Press release in respect of the Audited Financial Results of the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018; 2. Independent Audit report along with standalone Financial Results for the Financial Year 2017-18 together with statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018; 3. Independent Audit report along with consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year 2017-18, statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018 and statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (for audit report with modified opinion). The aforesaid meeting commenced at 3.15 pm and concluded at 6.00 pm. Kindly take the above on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
