1. Audited Standalone Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018 and Auditors Report thereon; 2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018 and Auditors Report thereon. We further wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has recommended to the Members a dividend of `8.75/- per equity share on 1,10,05,630 equity shares of `5/- each which will be paid on or after 6th August, 2018 subject to the approval of the Members. In the previous year (2016-17), the Company had paid interim dividend of `11.50/- per equity share which was considered as the final dividend. The Board Meeting commenced at 1.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.45 p.m. We request you to take the same on your records and inform all your constituents accordingly.
