Standard Chartered PLC has submitted to BSE a copy of the announcement which has been submitted to the London Stock Exchange. The announcement is the results for the six months ended June 30, 2011 for the Company and also confirms the 2011 interim dividend of 24.75 US$ cents and a dividend record date of August 12, 2011 (please note the dividend of 24.75 US$ cents is per ordinary share and that ten IDRs represent one ordinary share).
