This is with reference to our letter dated April 12, 2018, enclosing the notice of Postal Ballot and E-voting dated April 5, 2018, seeking the consent of the Members by way of ordinary resolution for the following special business: (i) Material Related Party Transaction with Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited, the Promoter of the Company Pursuant to Regulation 44 of Listing Regulations, this is to inform that the aforementioned resolution has been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority Mr. Y Ravi Prasada Reddy, Practicing Company Secretary, Scrutinizer appointed for conducting the Postal Ballot and E-voting process has submitted his report on May 14, 2018, a copy of which is enclosed as an Annexure along with the voting results
