This is to inform you under Regulation 33 and any other Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Wednesday, 31st January, 2018. In that meeting the Board has considered and approved the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2017. The company has already uploaded the Unaudited Financial Results for the period ended 31st December, 2017. However in Response to your Observation we are here by submitting the Revised Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2017.
