In continuation to notice dated 04.02.2019, we wish to inform you that Board of Directors in its meeting held today the 14th day of February 2019, inter alia, considered and approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended as on 31.12.2018. Board Meeting commenced at 05.30 P.M. and concluded at 07.30 P.M. Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith: i. Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2018 ii. Limited Review Report on the un-audited Financial Results issued by M/s Ashok Shashi & Co, Statutory Auditors of the Company.
