Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as per Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the company which had been closed earlier shall remain till the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the aforestated results.
