We enclosed the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 along with the Auditors Report issued with unmodified opinion on the financial results by M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP, Auditors of the Company. We enclose herewith a declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. The detailed financial results of the Company would be available on the website of the Company, www.sekuritindia.com. The publication of financial results of the Company will be made in the newspapers accordingly.
