SARLA PERFORMANCE FIBERS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that, the Fourth Meeting of Board of Directors of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited for the FY 2018-19 is scheduled to be held on Friday, 1st February, 2019 at the Corporate Office of the Company, to, inter alia, consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December. 2018. Further, in terms of the Companys code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated employees and connected persons for trading in shares of the Company from Saturday, 19th January, 2019 (from 6:00 PM) to Sunday, 3rd February, 2019 (to 6:00 PM) (both days inclusive).
