SARTHAK GLOBAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the trading window will remain closed from 05th November, 2018 to 14th November, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all directors & designated employees of the Company.
