Satya Miners & Transporters Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters: 1. To consider, adopt and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2018. 2. To consider and approve the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor on the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2018. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window shall remain closed from August 07, 2018 to August 17, 2018 (both days inclusive), and shall reopen on August 18, 2018 for designed employees, which includes Directors and Officers of the Company.
