This has reference to our letter dated 21st February, 2019 enclosing the Postal Ballot Notice along with explanatory statement seeking the consent of the members by way of special resolution through postal ballot/e-voting on the resolution as set out in the said notice. In connection with the above and pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the resolution as set out in the postal ballot notice has been passed by the members of the Company with requisite majority. In this regard, please find enclosed the postal ballot results and scrutinizers report. Please take the same on record.
