Pursuant to applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including Regulation 30, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, May 20, 2019, inter alia, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019 prepared under Ind-AS, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with Auditors Report of auditors thereon. We hereby submit the above mentioned Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date and Auditors Report on such Results of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 03:00 p.m.
